(၁) အောက်တွင်ဖော်ပြထားသော ကာလရှည်နေထိုင်ခွင့်လက်မှတ် (Certificate of Eligibility) ကိုင်ဆောင် ထားသူများ
“Business manager”, “Intra-company transfer”, “Engineer / Specialist in humanities / International services”, “Nursing care”, “Highly skilled professional”, “Technical Intern Training”, “Specified Skilled Worker”, “Designated activities (Start-up)”.
(၂) ကာလရှည်နေထိုင်ခွင့်လက်မှတ် ကိုင်ဆောင်ထားသူများ (အထက်ပါ ဖော်ပြထားသော ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များ)
(က) ဗီဇာလျှောက်လွှာ(ဓါတ်ပုံကပ်ထားသော)
(ခ) နိုင်ငံကူးလက်မှတ်
(ဂ) ကာလရှည်နေထိုင်ခွင့်လက်မှတ် (မှတ်ချက် ၁)
(ဃ) ကတိ၀န်ခံစာ (မူရင်းနှင့် မိတ္တူတစ်စောင်စီ (ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံရှိ လက်ခံမည့်ကုမ္ပဏီ၊ အဖွဲ့အစည်းမှ ထုတ်ပေး သောစာ))
(င) မေးခွန်းလွှာ
※ ဗီဇာစစ်ဆေးမှုလိုအပ်ချက်အရ စာရွက်စာတမ်းများထပ်မံတင်ပြရန် တောင်းဆိုမှုများလည်းရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။
(မှတ်ချက် ၁) ၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ် အောက်တိုဘာလ ၁ ရက်နေ့ နောက်ပိုင်းတွင်ထုတ်ပေးထားပြီး သက်တမ်းကုန်ဆုံး နေသော ကာလရှည်နေထိုင်ခွင့်လက်မှတ်ကိုတင်ပြ၍ ဗီဇာလျှောက်ထားမည်ဆိုပါက ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံဘက်ရှိ လက်ခံမည့် အဖွဲ့အစည်းထံမှ 「ကာလရှည်နေထိုင်ခွင့်လက်မှတ်ထုတ်ပေးရန် လျှောက်ထားခဲ့စဥ်က တင်ပြထားသော လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များအတိုင်း ဆက်လက် လက်ခံနိုင်ကြောင်း」 ရေးသားဖော်ပြထားသည့် မူရင်းစာကို တင်ပြရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည်။

Required documents for the visa application
(i) Visa application form (with photo attached)
(ii) Passport
(iii) Certificate of Eligibility [Note 2]
(iv) Written pledge (the original and a copy) (Residence Track)
[Note 1] In case the applicant presents an expired Certificate of Eligibility issued on or after October 1st 2019, the applicant is required to show a document issued by his/her accepting organization in Japan that states the organization will still be able to accept the applicant to have him/her engage in the activities described on the application for the Certificate of Eligibility.
