173(a) (Site သမားအတွက်) Drawing check, Estimate assistance (cost calculation), Process chart creation, Progress management, Quality control (photography), Work instructions to craftsmen

Architecture (or) Civil Degree Holder can apply

173(b) (CAD သမားအတွက်) Design work and assistance to CAD Operator by using CAD, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp etc.

Must- JLPT N-3 (or) NAT-TEST N-3 passed and able to speak Japanese fluently (Taking listening and speaking test with JSST system online exam)

Living room- Company will arrange but consign staff must pay for all expenses (or) living at share house

Tax and Social Welfare deduction- According to Japanese law

Working days- Mon to Fri (or) According to Consigned company schedule

Working hours- 9:00~18:00 (actual working may be 8 hours)

Lunch break- 1 hour

Rest days- Sat, Sun (or) According to Consigned company schedule

Holidays- GW, Summer winter holidays, New year holidays, Childcare holidays and Nursing holidays (120 days/yr)
